Indus Hotels Mission

At Indus Hotels, our mission is to maximize investor returns by providing impeccable hospitality and a welcoming environment for our guests and our employees.

Indus Hotels is committed to being a leader in the community through its charitable partnerships with LifeCare Alliance and its Meals on Wheels programs, American Cancer Society, Clean The World Foundation, The Ohio State University Hospitality Management Program and St. Jude’s among others.

Indus Hotels History

It was the right combination of timing, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit that brought David Patel and David Kozar together to form a burgeoning hospitality development and management company. The team of Patel/Kozar started Indus Hotels in 1997; however, their industry expertise and mutual interests in hotel development put them together long before they became partners. Prior to creating Indus Hotels, David Kozar and David Patel collaborated on a variety of hotel development projects.

Today, Indus Hotels owns and operates multiple hotels and provides third-party hotel management services to institutional partners. Indus Hotels employs over 500 associates and managers. Our success and investor satisfaction is the result of strong core values, commitment to excellent customer service and associate satisfaction.
